B.L.

{3 months}Little B. was over for his 6 month session already!  As you can see from the 1st pic. he has changed! I had fun trying to get him to smile, but I have to give kudos to his Mom, she’s got it down!  Her musical talents came through in the clutch!  I look forward to his nine month session and some outdoor fun.

Prom

Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing Kendra and Dan before they headed out for the Prom in Fargo.  After, we met up with the rest of the group for some shots at the Depot.  The girls all looked amazing and the guys were looking handsome too.  They got plenty of looks from passing traffic when the firetruck pulled up!  The Mom’s were there snapping pictures of their daughters and I was thinking of how that will be me in about 9 years, snapping pics of Haley…. Well, I am looking forward to Kendra’s senior session this summer, this was just a little warm-up!

Anita…

After Trevar’s 2 year pictures, Anita and family came back later for some maternity photos to document the upcoming arrival of their second child.  It was a lot of fun capturing them interacting with Trevar and also the beautiful pregnant belly Anita has.  This past week has seemed to have given me baby fever again. :)   Children really do grow up to fast.  Thankfully we have pictures to remember these days by forever.

Tanya & Joe…

I met up with Tanya and Joe out of town this weekend for their engagement session.  It was a pleasure to work with such a fun, spontaneous couple! Tanya and Joe met while working at the same company.  I enjoyed listening to Tanya tell me their story when we first met.  The propsal was fun story as well. :)

The location they chose was filled with hundreds (I am not exaggerating!!) of neat little spots to photograph them in.  It was really hard to stop clicking… But the cold and wind had done us in. :)   I will be revisiting the spot again when the weather warms up a little bit more.   Here are a few of my favorites and I will add a few more in a day or two!  Thanks again Tanya and Joe for a very enjoyable day!

julie…

I had the pleasure of photographing Julie’s family this past weekend. They will be expecting their 4th child in May and came over from the DL area to document the beauty of Julie’s pregnancy.  They were all great sports. :)   I am so glad to have met them and look forward to getting to know them more and meeting their newest addition!  I think we are all equally excited! Just a couple to share…

Trevar…

Just playing catch up tonight.  It’s been a busy week with kids and a few maternity sessions. Maternity sessions=new babies which I am very excited about!  I have also been working on  a newsletter with exciting information about sales on our beautiful photo bags (20% off) and other products.  Mother’s day is just around the corner, what Grandmother or Mom wouldn’t love a purse to show off!  Ok back to who this post is all about!  I met Anita who was referred to me by two very good clients. :) {Thank you!}  She brought Trevar by for his 2 yr. portraits as well as some maternity photos to document the arrival of their second baby! Trevar is a precious little boy.  Very well behaved and his manners are great too!  I look at his pictures and his eyes are truly captivating, whether he is smiling or not, he’s got soul!

This adorable little guy came over for his 18th month session.  A couple things I learned:

A. He likes stairs

B. He likes cars

C. He knows his ABC’s…. Can I get a Y?  :)

 D. He looks good in his green pajamas.

Lastly he loves his Momma and Daddy!

It was a lot of fun taking his pictures and visiting

Hales

I can’t believe that I have a SEVEN year old!  I am lucky to be the mother of 3 beautiful girls.  They are always keeping me on my toes me with how quick minded they are and how feisty they can be!  They sure do grow up quickly and as challenging as some days are,the fun, loving times sure make up for it. Haley seems to be changing the most these days.  Her appearance is definitely changing with most recently loosing her teeth.  Her legs are getting longer too!  It’s weird not being able to spell words with Doug if we are trying to be secretive about something in front of the kids because now Haley knows what we are saying!!  Ugh….watching her grow makes me sad, but at the same time excited to see her reach memorable milestones!8x8-haley.jpg
